+ Physical Goods Policy
Standard physical goods have a clear 30-day return path. Customized items can carry narrower terms only when those terms are disclosed before purchase.
Standard catalog prints remain returnable under the ordinary policy. A truly personalized build can have different limits, but those limits must be visible before the customer pays.
A standard, non-personalized physical item may be returned within 30 days after delivery when it is unused, unmodified, complete, and in substantially original condition. A standard catalog item does not become non-returnable merely because it was printed after the order was placed.
Contact Cosmic Construct before shipping anything back. Unauthorized packages may be refused when they cannot be matched safely to an order.
An item made to the customer's unique dimensions, text, color combination, geometry, or other customer-specific instruction may be final sale once production begins, but only when that limit was clearly disclosed before checkout. Clearance or final-sale items must also be marked before purchase.
A final-sale label does not excuse a wrong, damaged, unsafe, or materially nonconforming item and does not remove mandatory legal rights.
Request cancellation as soon as possible. A standard item may be cancelled for a full refund before shipment. For a genuinely customized item, cancellation may be limited after production begins if that limitation was disclosed before purchase.
Cosmic Construct may cancel and refund an order that cannot be fulfilled, cannot be shipped lawfully, appears fraudulent, or contains a material listing or pricing error.
If an item arrives damaged, is the wrong item, or materially fails to match its listing, contact Cosmic Construct promptly with the order number, a description, and clear photographs. Preserve the product and packaging while the issue is reviewed.
Depending on the facts and applicable law, the remedy may be replacement, repair, refund, partial refund accepted by the customer, or another agreed correction. Cosmic Construct will provide or reimburse reasonable return shipping when it sent the wrong item or accepts that the item was damaged or materially nonconforming.
Visible layer lines, small support marks, and minor color, texture, or dimensional variation can be normal characteristics of additive manufacturing when they remain within the listing and stated tolerance. A variation that impairs the described function or materially departs from the listing will be reviewed as a possible defect.
An approved return will include instructions and a return reference. Pack the item to prevent damage and use a trackable service. For a discretionary standard return, the customer normally pays return shipping and is responsible for the item until it reaches the return address. Do not mail an item to a website address unless it is included in the authorization.
After an authorized return arrives, Cosmic Construct will inspect it and communicate the decision. An approved refund will be submitted to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. The payment provider or bank may require additional time to post it.
Original standard shipping charges are ordinarily not refundable for a discretionary return. They will be refunded when required by law or when the return resulted from a wrong, damaged, or materially nonconforming item.
This retail return policy does not apply to a development-program inquiry, research collaboration, engineering service, custom project, software pilot, or other work that has not been sold as a physical catalog item. Any accepted project will use its own written cancellation, acceptance, warranty, and support terms.
Use the subject "Return Request" and include the order number, item, delivery date, condition, reason, and photographs when relevant.
