+ Physical Goods Policy
This policy covers the items Cosmic Construct can actually sell and ship. Development programs and concept hardware remain outside the fulfillment promise.
Made-to-order 3D prints can have production time without becoming vague or open-ended. The listing states the expected window, and a delay gives the customer a clear choice.
This policy applies only to physical goods that are explicitly available for purchase. Development programs, concept visualizations, project inquiries, research directions, and catalog planning entries do not carry a shipping promise.
Unless an active listing says otherwise, online checkout is intended for United States delivery addresses.
A product listing should state the estimated time needed to print, finish, inspect, and hand the item to a carrier. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. An estimate is not a guarantee, but Cosmic Construct must have a reasonable basis for any shipping date it states.
If no shipping time is stated, the order will be shipped within 30 days or handled under the delay process below.
If an order cannot ship within the promised time, Cosmic Construct will provide a revised date and give the customer a clear choice to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped item for a full and prompt refund. If a reliable revised date cannot be provided, the notice will say so and explain the reason for the delay.
An order may also be cancelled and refunded when production cannot be completed, a listing was materially incorrect, or fulfillment would be unlawful.
Available shipping methods and charges are shown before payment when checkout is active. The customer is responsible for providing a complete, deliverable address. Contact Cosmic Construct immediately if an address is wrong; a change may not be possible after carrier handoff.
Applicable sales tax is calculated through the checkout configuration when enabled. International duties, brokerage, taxes, and import restrictions will be addressed before accepting an international order.
Tracking is provided when the selected service supports it. Carrier scans and estimated delivery dates may change after handoff. Risk of loss remains with Cosmic Construct until delivery to the address shown on the accepted order, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
A carrier marking a package delivered does not prevent review of a credible loss or misdelivery claim.
Inspect the package after delivery. Report visible damage, a missing item, or the wrong item promptly and include the order number, packaging photographs, item photographs, and carrier information when available. Keep the item and packaging until instructions are provided.
Cosmic Construct will review the evidence and, as appropriate, replace the item, refund it, provide a return label, or open a carrier claim. Reporting promptly helps preserve carrier remedies but does not remove rights that applicable law makes mandatory.
If Cosmic Construct later accepts a custom project, large assembly, controlled item, or nonstandard freight shipment, its written quote or contract will identify packaging, insurance, export, destination, delivery, and acceptance terms. Those terms do not apply to ordinary retail 3D-printed goods unless expressly stated.
Use the subject "Shipping Question" and include the order number, destination, item, tracking number, and the specific issue.
