By using this site, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to place an order or submit a business request. Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with it, impersonate another person, probe accounts or systems without authorization, or submit unlawful or harmful material.

AirLock OS, MULE, Luna Fab, and the advanced manufacturing concepts shown on this site are development or research programs unless a page expressly says otherwise. Their descriptions, concept visualizations, status labels, specifications, timing, and possible use cases are informational and may change.

Browsing a program, submitting an intake, receiving an identifier, or preparing an agent-readable packet does not create a quote, order, partnership, technical approval, delivery promise, employment relationship, or other commitment.

Only an item with an explicit price and an "Available for Purchase" action is offered for online sale. The listing presented at checkout should identify the item, material, dimensions, color or finish, intended use, price, estimated processing time, and any material limitations.

Concept visualizations are not photographs of a retail product unless the listing clearly identifies them as such. Cosmic Construct will not substitute a development-program image for the actual description of a physical item.

Many physical goods may be produced additively after an order is placed. Normal characteristics can include visible layer lines, small support marks, minor color or texture variation, and dimensional variation within the tolerance stated on the listing. Those characteristics are not defects when they remain within the description and do not impair the stated function.

Some products are manufactured under commercial rights obtained from a third-party designer. Purchase transfers the physical item only. It does not transfer the design file, copyright, trademark, patent rights, reproduction rights, sublicensing rights, or any right to distribute a digital model. Underlying design rights remain with Cosmic Construct or the applicable licensor.

Submitting checkout is an offer to purchase. An automated receipt confirms transmission, not final acceptance. Cosmic Construct may accept by sending an order confirmation or shipping notice. An order may be declined or cancelled for listing error, stock or production constraint, suspected fraud, payment failure, legal restriction, or inability to fulfill the order; any captured payment for a cancelled item will be refunded.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable tax and shipping charges are shown before payment when the checkout system can calculate them. Stripe is authoritative for payment status, and Cosmic Construct does not store full payment-card numbers.

The Shipping & Fulfillment Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy apply to active physical-goods orders. A listing-specific term controls only when it is clearly disclosed before purchase and does not remove a right that applicable law makes mandatory.

Standard catalog items remain subject to the posted return policy even when printed after ordering. A genuinely personalized or customer-specified item may have different cancellation or return limits when those limits are disclosed before checkout.

Use a physical item only for the purpose, environment, load, temperature, and age range stated in its listing. Unless expressly certified in writing, a retail 3D-printed item is not represented as medical equipment, personal protective equipment, food-contact equipment, a child-safety product, a structural or load-bearing component, an aerospace component, or a safety-critical machine part.

Do not rely on a decorative, prototype, or organizational item where failure could injure a person, damage property, or violate law.

The site, Cosmic Construct branding, original writing, artwork, software, and technical material are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party designs and marks remain the property of their respective owners. You may use public pages for ordinary evaluation and linking, but may not reproduce or sell protected material without permission.

You retain ownership of material you submit. You grant Cosmic Construct a limited right to use it only as reasonably needed to evaluate and respond to the request, provide an accepted service or order, maintain security, and satisfy legal obligations. Do not submit material you lack authority to share.

Cosmic Construct warrants that an accepted physical good will materially match its listing when delivered. The remedies in the Returns & Refunds Policy apply in addition to rights that cannot legally be excluded. No statement limits a mandatory consumer warranty or remedy.

The public website and development-program material are provided for informational use and may contain evolving or incomplete concepts. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cosmic Construct is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on non-binding program material. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that applicable law does not permit a business to exclude.

The terms shown when an order is placed apply to that order. A later update does not retroactively change an accepted purchase unless both sides agree or law requires it. If these site terms conflict with a signed project agreement or accepted written quote, the signed or accepted record controls for that work.

If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer protections in your location still apply.
